There is a known issue with the 2021 Digital AP Exams app not displaying properly (see image below) on some managed school Chromebooks. If you cannot find the app or it isn't being displayed properly (image below), please restart your Chromebook. If the app is still not displaying properly after you restarted your Chromebook, please click on it launch the app. The next time you go back to the Apps menu it should be displayed properly. If you do not see the app in the list, you can try performing a hard reset (click link or see steps outlined below). If you do not see the app after doing a hard reset, contact the ChromeDepot for assistance.
Note: You must be using a school issued Chromebook to use this app. It will not work on Windows or Mac laptops or personal (non school issued) Chromebooks.
- Turn off your Chromebook.
- Press and hold Refresh
+ tap Power

- When your Chromebook starts up, release Refresh
