This article is for installing a printer on a Windows computer. You can use Papercut Mobility Print (replaces Google Cloud Print) to print from your Chromebook or Windows Chrome Browser. 1. Navigate to the Add Network Printer utility located in the Shared Drive under the Staff Folder. S:\MAINEEAST\STAFF S:\MAINESOUTH\STAFF S:\MAINEWEST\STAFF
Double click the Utility and launch it.

2. Choose Find a printer in the directory, based on location or feature. |

NOTE: All district printers are in this list, it's possible to add another schools printer so be careful, some room numbers cross! 3. In the Name field enter the room number you would like to add and click Find Now. If you are unsure of the room number you can, you can also type the Building you are trying to print to in the Location field and then scroll through the printers to find the desired device.
Select the printer you would like to add and click Ok
Once the printer is installed Click Next and than Finish to complete the install. |
Installing a printer if you are unable to see or use the Shared Drive.
Open Start Menu in the bottom left corner of the screen, and type Printers.
Select Printers and Scanners. |

Scroll to the bottom of the list and click the blue link that says The printer that I want isn’t listed
