Some user have reported that audio issues arise when using the Logitech Meetup with Zoom. Sometimes a user can not hear students or the students can not hear the teacher. The following steps resolve most issues:
- Turn off the computer.
- Unplug the USB-C Cable from the back of the Logitech Meetup.
- Unplug the power cable from the back of the Logitech Meetup.
- Turn on the computer
- Plug the USB-C cable to the back of the Logitech Meetup.
- Plug in the power cable to the back of the Logitech Meetup.
