When submitting a behavior referral, enter the Alignment (Discipline), the Date of Incident, and the Time of Incident. Enter the student's name and ID number in the Title of the event. Submit a separate referral for each student involved in an incident. You can copy and paste the same details between multiple referrals, as appropriate.
If you know, you can enter the Context and Location details of the incident. If you know which Assistant Principal of Student Supports is assigned to the student, you may select the Assistant Principal of Student Supports to Notify. Otherwise, you can leave the default office staff selected.
In the Details field, enter a factual description of the incident. Do not enter opinions or speculate about the facts of the incident. In the details, also state whether or not you have contacted the student's parent or guardian about the incident.
When you are done writing the referral, click the Submit button at the top of the page.
