Q: What is Infinite Campus? Why would I use it?

Q: How do I log into the Parent Portal?
A: Go to the Parent Portal Login page. The link is also available from the Parent Dashboard of each District 207 School:

Parents and guardians receive a username and temporary password via email. Once logged in, you can switch between tools of the Parent Portal using the “hamburger” menu button at the top left of the page.
Use this same hamburger menu button to show and hide the menu.
Q: Why is the Parent Portal asking me for an email address and password after I login?
A: If you have not set up a security email, then you will see this screen the next time you login:
Enter an email address that can be used in the event you forget your Parent Portal username or password. This may be the same email you have already shared with District 207, or a separate email. Enter your current password and click Save. This does not change your password. An email will be sent to you:
Click on the link, or copy and paste the URL into your browser, to verify your security email. Once verified, you will be able to use the Forgot Password? and Forgot Username? tools on the Parent Portal login page.
Please note: Entering your security email alone does not enable the Forget Password? or the Forgot Username? tools for your account. Those tools will not work for you until you have verified your email using the link in the verification message.
Q: When I login, why does a box appear that says, “I’m not a robot”?
A: After a certain number of failed login attempts for your account this box may appear:
This generally indicates that there have been a number of unsuccessful attempts to log in with your username, and the system is checking to make sure you are not malicious software trying to gain unauthorized access to your account.
Enter your username and password again on this screen. Check the I’m not a robot box to verify that you are not software ("a robot").
You may be prompted to click on a number of images to complete this verification. In this example we are asked to select the squares with traffic lights.
Note: Selected boxes may be replaced with new boxes, or you may get promoted with more than one question. Keep following the prompts until finished. You may not get any questions at all and the box will be checked.
Click the Log In button to finish logging into the Parent Portal.
Q: How do I change my security email?
A: You can change your security email from the Parent Portal.
- Click on the Profile button and click Settings:
- Click on Account Settings:
- Click the Update or Add button:
- Enter your new security email and your current password. Then, click Save:
- Verify your new security email by clicking on the link in the email your receive.
Please note: Entering your security email alone does not enable the Forget Password? or the Forgot Username? tools for your account. Those tools will not work for you until you have verified your email using the link in the verification message.
Q: I did not receive the security email verification message. What should I do?
A: You can resend your security email from the Parent Portal.
- Click on the Profile button and click Settings:
- Click on Account Settings:
- Click the Resend Verification Email button:
Check your inbox, as well as your Spam or Junk folder, to see if you receive the verification email. If you do not receive the verification email, please let us know using the Infinite Campus Portal Support Form.
Q: I am having trouble logging into the Parent Portal. The Forgot Password? and/or the Forgot Username? links did not work?
A: The Forgot Password? and Forgot Username? tools must be set up for each user. If you have not started the set up, the next time you successfully log into the Parent Portal you will be asked to enter an email address and your current password. See above for more information.
Q: How do I change my username?
A: You may want to change your username if you have provided a new email address to District 207. Please let us know by using the Infinite Campus Parent Portal Support Form.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: You can change your password from the Parent Portal.
- Click on the Profile button and click Settings:
- Click on Account Settings:
- Click on Update next to password:
- Enter your Current Password and your New Password following the instructions:
The strength of your password will be displayed below. When you are finished, click Save.
Q: I do not have a Parent Portal account. What should I do?
A: Please let us know via the Infinite Campus Parent Portal Support Form. Provide the requested information, and a member of the District 207 Portal Support Team will contact you.
